Former Amity Wrestler Named All American |

March 24, 2208 - Former Amity High School wrestler Ryan Roddy obtained All American status at the Prep School National Championships last week. Roddy who competed in the 171 lbs. weight class for Northfield Mt. Herman Prep School of MA finished 6th at the nationals to gain the honor.
Roddy continued from where he left off at Amity High school. In his senior year Roddy was the SCC champ at 160 ibs., the Class LL champion and the State Open champion. Roddy went on to compete at the High School Nationals where he placed 5th at 171 lbs.
