Southern Connecticut State University Athletic Department Teams Up With Sporting News Connecticut For Basketball Broadcasts This Winter Hoops action to be aired live on www.sportingnewsct.com
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University athletic department has teamed up with Sporting News Connecticut to assemble a strong slate of live Owls men’s and women’s basketball action once again this fall. The Internet radio website will air 10 regular season games with veteran broadcaster Don Boyle returning in a play-by-play capacity.
Fans can catch all of the action beginning one-half hour prior to the opening tip-off with a complete pre-game show, including interviews with coaches and players. A post-game show will follow at the conclusion of the contest.
In addition, all games will be rebroadcast on the www.sportingnewsct.com website on several occasions during the course of the following week.
