SCSU Football Jumps Four Spots To No. 4 In Northeast |

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – An impressive 56-28 victory over Northeast-10 leading Bryant on Friday night allowed the Southern Connecticut State University football team to catapult up four spots to No. 4 in this week’s NCAA Division II Northeast Region Committee rankings.
Winners of five in a row, the Owls have now put themselves in strong position to qualify for the NCAA playoffs for the third straight season. SCSU (7-3, 6-2 Northeast-10) is back in action on Saturday, November 10 against St. Anselm in the regular season finale. Game time is set for noon. Don Boyle and Ayo Agunbiade will have the call beginning at 11:30 a.m. on www.sportingnewsct.com.
